He practiced general veterinary medicine and surgery for years on Long Island at Banfield Veterinary Hospital in Lake Grove, Vetco Total Care in Patchogue and a few other private practices. When Dr. Naseem first came to eastern Long Island area in 2009, he traveled around Riverhead, Aquebogue, Mattituck, the Hamptons and surrounding areas with great, large, animal veterinarian, Dr. Andresen (Late.) He fell in love with this area and decided to have his own practice right here. Dr. Hanusch was retiring so Dr. Naseem took this opportunity and bought Aquebogue Veterinary Hospital, (established veterinary hospital for almost 50-60 years.) Dr. Naseem acquired Aquebogue Veterinary Hospital on October 15, 2021 and has since been renovating, modernizing and growing it ever since. His goal is to continue serving the community and winning the heart of animals and their owners by providing excellent care to our fur babies. Dr. Naseem brings to Aquebogue Veterinary Hospital a vast knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine. His years of general practice, coupled with his time at an advanced specialty hospital and experience practicing emergency medicine, make him a well-rounded and progressive doctor. In his free time, Dr. Naseem enjoys spending time with his family, including his rescue pup, five rescue cats, birds and turtles.
