They took amazing care of my dog Sully after finding he had 8 bladder stones and needed surgery to remove them. Dr.Naseem is so kind and talented at what he does, he is very thorough and you can tell he really enjoys working with animals. I am so beyond grateful for the care they provided to my dog and the prices are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend bringing your dog or cat to this practice! read less

We brought our 9 year old Chocolate Lab there under an unfortunate, emergency situation. We were immediately accommodated even under the unexpected conditions and we were given impeccable care from start to finish. Dr. Naseem and his staff were incredibly attentive to our beloved pet, but also to us as pet owners, we personally felt fully supported throughout the entire ordeal. Dr. Naseem was clear and concise about our options and the possible outcomes for all. He made himself readily available to us even on his days off and took time to connect with us on a personal level. We were updated every step of the way in a thoughtful and considerate manner. The staff made visits seamless and comfortable during this very difficult time for our family. Never once did I feel rushed or as if we were a burden on them, even though it was clear they were going above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. It is clear Dr. Naseem and his staff have a genuine love for what they do, it felt as though they were as attached and invested in our pet as we were, like family. It goes beyond medical care with this practice. Dr. Naseem and his staff offer the kind of care we all dream of for our pet family members and I can not recommend this practice enough. read less

He is very caring, honest and great with my difficult pup! I drive halfway across Long Island anytime my dog needs any medical care and I would not go anywhere else! 					On Nov 21, 2022, we rushed our 10-year-old dog Chewie to the emergency animal hospital... read moreOn Nov 21, 2022, we rushed our 10-year-old dog Chewie to the emergency animal hospital in our area.  The Dr on duty told us Chewie had a very serious disease called leptospirosis.  He would only have a 50/50 chance of survival: even if he survives, he might have permanent liver or kidney damage.  The hospital also told us there really is no hope and it would be better to euthanize him because of the long, slow, expensive process towards recovery with no guarantees. Chewie was always a very healthy dog!  He had regular wellness exams and was up to date on all his shots. We did everything to keep him happy and healthy! We agonized over euthanizing him for hours we just did not know what to do.  Hours passed and the hospital shift changed.  A new  dr will now be in charge of Chewie. Dr. Naseem become Chewie's new Dr. He read all the medical charts and told us there was hope and we can try to save him and that is what he did! Now January 1, 2023, Chewie is back! A happy, healthy, wonderful dog! Please don't give up there is always hope and please contact Dr Naseem he has a very successful record of helping animals with this disease. He really cares for the wellbeing of animals, and he will do everything he possibly can to help them. Thank you, Dr., Naseem you are the best and we consider you Chewie's guardian angel. read less
